Jodi Hart, CPA, CFE, PTMP serves as the Deputy Director and CFO of the Pittsburgh Parking Authority, where she leads the organization’s financial strategy and oversees core operational functions that support the Authority’s mission and long‑term goals. With a career rooted in both fiscal stewardship and operational excellence, Jodi plays a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and accountability across the Authority’s programs and services.

Jodi is actively engaged in industry leadership, serving on both the Technology Committee and the Education Committee where she contributes to advancing operational best practices, technological advancements, and professional development within the sector. She also lends her expertise to the Government Finance Officers Association through its Programming and Education Committee, supporting initiatives that enhance financial management and public-sector education nationwide.

She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers.
