Melissa Jones brings over 20 years of experience in the parking, transportation, and mobility industry, with a strong focus on client success and operational excellence. As Director of Customer Experience at TEZ Technology, she leads a team of implementation specialists and support analysts, ensuring clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience across TEZ’s platforms.

Melissa began her career as a Parking Supervisor on a college campus in Virginia, progressing to Parking Manager and later Area Manager in Atlanta. Her early operational experience shaped her deep commitment to training, customer support, and service delivery. In 2016, she transitioned to the vendor side of the industry, starting as a corporate trainer for a PARCS product line and advancing through support leadership roles to her current director position.

 She earned her CAPP credential from the IPMI in 2019 and remains actively engaged in the industry through volunteer leadership on various IPMI committees.

Melissa is passionate about fostering strong relationships with owners, operators, and technicians, using those insights to optimize client implementations and improve operational efficiency. She is driven by a commitment to empower clients with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.
