Steven Fernstrom is the Executive Director of the City of Bethlehem Parking Authority, overseeing the strategic planning and daily operations. His approach to guiding the Bethlehem Parking Authority is focused on increasing technology to improve operational and customer efficiencies and implementing community and sustainability-based initiatives. The Bethlehem Parking Authority recently became an “Accredited Parking Organization” through the International Parking and Mobility Institute. He is also currently on the IPMI Accredited Parking Organization Board of Directors.
